Testing

Everyone wants to feel seen, understood and cared for. Still, oftentimes we feel pressure to navigate life’s challenges alone. When you experience a loss, a setback, or are exhausted by the demands of your routine, therapy can help you gain insight about yourself and build toward a better future. I believe that learning about ourselves is one of our strongest tools for making sustainable changes in our lives, and an action plan doesn’t work unless it’s tailored to your experience. Testing can help identify individual needs, strengths, and barriers, informs the action plan, and can lead to much needed change.  I attune to your individual needs and help you continue to be curious about your strengths and your barriers to change. I look forward to seeing what we uncover.

I serve as an Extern in Psychological Evaluation.  I am an advanced graduate student in University of Maryland’s doctoral program in Counseling Psychology,  and will complete my PhD in 2026. I have taken coursework in performing cognitive, career, and emotional assessments, and have assisted with testing services at the Kennedy Krieger Institute.  My therapy experience was gained at the University of Maryland Counseling Center, the Catholic University Counseling Center, and the USNA Midshipmen Development Center.   I provide support to Warner Psychology Associates psychologists by administering a range of tests and questionnaires to clients, and by assisting with scoring and report writing.  My work is supervised by psychologists at WPA.
