We are out-of network for all insurance providers.  This means you pay our fees at the office, and we provide insurance-friendly invoices documenting your payment.  The invoices can then be submitted either to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your out-of-network benefits plan, or to your flexible spending accounts. Previous clients have been successful in getting reimbursed using our invoices.

Prior to meeting with us, we encourage you to contact your insurance company to find out your out-of-network benefits.  In preparation for your appointment, we will be happy to provide you with information insurance companies sometimes request in making reimbursement decisions.

We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and flexible spending account card payments.
